What does your job involve and who does it help?

My role as an Infrastructure Technician involves operating in a variety of datacentres to help connect clients. I’m responsible for hardware maintenance which includes installation of switches, servers and other networking equipment. If an issue does occur I then have to do some troubleshooting to diagnose and the resolve the issue. As my role involves a lot of cabling I have to ensure that my cable management standards are at a high standard.

My job helps my fellow workers within Vorboss as well as external clients who rely on our services to provide a stable internet connection for their company.
