My job involves building processes and systems to assist in the seamless delivery of connectivity in central London using data, technology and documentation.

The variety of work, the people I work with, and the opportunities for growth and development.

Indeed! I started at the company as an apprentice through the ITP.

I started with the business with A-levels and a few years’ work experience in a completely different industry.

What training does the company provide?What training does the company provide?
We have an in-house training academy, 5% of annual salary for L&D, and secondments across the business.

What would you say to anyone looking to join the sector?What would you say to anyone looking to join the sector?
Give it a go – there’s so much to learn and experience, especially in a world that is growing increasingly reliant on technology and connectivity!
