John Duncan
I am a highly expereinced Digital Connectivity, and Digital Inclusion Leader through my roles at Leeds City Council, Virgin Media O2 Business and GMCA. I have developed extensive knowledge of digital connectivity solutions including fixed, wireless, and mobile. Within my past roles as Public Sector Account Manager and Customer Success Manager at VMO2 Business I showcased and sold connectivity solutions to public sector customers, supporting them with their place-based connectivity and transformation objectives.
I have now started a new role at GMCA as Connected Places Lead. My role is to lead and develop the delivery of Priority 4 of the GM Digital Blueprint: Creating connected, inclusive, sustainable places. The mission being that “We will build out our world class digital infrastructure, ethically using technology and data to create resilient, connected, accessible and sustainable places for everyone”.
