Rob Leenderts has over 30 years’ experience in telecoms, and has spent the last 12 of those looking at ways of re-using existing Public and Private Sector infrastructure and providing innovative and unique wholesale solutions. A previous Chairman and current Board Member of INCA, Rob is a considered a subject matter expert in Wholesale Broadband, Open Access, Backhaul Solutions, GIS/OSS/BSS systems and re-use of assets.
