Building Intelligent 5G Mobile Networks at Telet and the IQ MVNO

As Founder of Gradwell Communications, my experience is the journey of a small communications business from student flat where we built websites, into a widely respected Cloud Telephony and Internet provider supporting over 20,000 UK small businesses, directly and via over 300 local IT channel partners.

Since 2020 I have been involved in two new ventures:

Telet - A startup 5G Mobile Network Operator and Systems Integrator. We have built 5G Neutral Host Networks in Wiltshire, Liverpool, North Yorks, South Wales and in 2024, via the ONE programme, we will lead the build in Bath, Cardiff, Shrewsbury and Worcestershire.

IQ Mobile Limited - a UK SIM-Only mobile operator providing great value monthly SIM only contracts for voice and data, to consumers, business and the IT partner channel.

My key skill is product design to solve broken process. I look at the world and ask "how can that work better" and was taught from a young age to decompose systems into their component parts and restructure the process to get a better outcome.
