As the founder of BetterTrack, I am passionate about enabling leaders and teams to be more in control of their performance, by creating a revolutionary new platform that integrates data, analytics, and feedback to support continuous improvement and learning. My goal is to help organisations deliver better outcomes for their clients, staff, and stakeholders, while reducing costs and risks.

My core competencies include process improvement, consulting, strategy execution, and benefits realisation management. I have been recognised as a Gartner Cool Vendor in 2013 for my previous platform, ChangeDirector, which was one of the first to support this practice. I have also published articles and received awards for my work in this field.
