Joel has worked on a wide range technologies and industries, including the development of Cisco’s Web3 strategy, Low-Earth Orbit satellite communications networks, IT for Sustainability and Global supply chain and logistics, presenting strategy papers for Cisco’s senior decision makers. Whilst working in the Connected and Automated vehicle arena, he led the development of Cisco’s distributed edge compute architecture, supporting the needs of vehicle manufacturers, communication network operators, and edge/cloud service providers, authoring the first industry whitepaper detailing Connected Vehicle data volumes and communications patterns (https://blogs.cisco.com/sp/connectedcar-thedrivenhour-wp).
