Experience includes research, standardisation, security and regulation, product planning & specification, Network Operator relations and consulting. Patent management.

Industry areas range from mission critical/public safety (current), defence, security through cellular mobile, short-range wireless and air traffic control. Technologies addressed include MCPTT, LTE/SAE, TETRA, UWB, Bluetooth, SON including femtocells and small cell evolution.

Specialities: Extensive knowledge of and contributions to international standardisation bodies and industry associations, particularly 3GPP, TCCA and Small Cell Forum. Wide ranging in-depth knowledge of the Public Safety and Mission Critical Communications arena.
