One of the things we hear a lot from investors is that start-ups in our field are often too focused on the technology and lack the commercial skills needs to succeed. That's why we developed our Transforming Telecoms programme which comprises two distinct training offerings:
- Commercialisation through Partnerships: focused on helping start-ups understand what future customers and other supply chain partners they need, facilitating connections with potential supply chain partners, supporting them to develop a strategy to scale, and building their understanding of corporate buying processes.
- Investment: exploring sector investment trends, helping start-ups position themselves for the right investment stage and teaching organisations how to position their business for investment.
