User experience innovation is often perceived as a black art only practiced by a few visionaries who 'have the touch'.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Experience Innovation is largely hard craft starting with identifying real problems that, in many cases, users and customers are not aware of followed by a tech inspired iterative design process to find the best solution with the odd sprinkling of a highly creative, fast and furious brainstorm. 

This is a hard but rewarding actitivy that can only be executed by mult-disciplinary teams of engineer, designers, BA's, marketing etc. as well as, last but not least, potential end-customers and users. 

Having found and proven the winning concept, an interative and agile design, test develop process realises the service of product with minimum risk and in the shortest time possible.
