Manage all delivery aspects of £35m Oxfordshire/BDUK/BT Better Broadband programme. Consult on a range of transformation initiatives, focussing on ICT enabled business change. This includes digitisation, business strategy, service transformation, and service commissioning. I am also responsible for developing effective working relationships with Health, Police, and other key Oxfordshire stakeholders.
