Gabriel is a Telecommunications Engineer & MBA, with an acknowledged reputation for being a 4G & 5G technology evangelist. In 2015, he joined Airspan, a U.S.-based provider of groundbreaking, disruptive software and hardware for 5G networks. Since 2021, he is responsible for Technical Sales in Europe, focused on 5G Private Networks and OpenRAN Stand Alone Solutions. Gabriel has more than 16 years of experience in the Mobile Industry, previously working for Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), and for Movilmax, a wireless internet service provider in his native Venezuela. He also served at his alma mater, UCAB, as 4G Lecturer.
