25 years of experience in applied research and innovation working with safety and mission critical real time systems in aerospace, financial services, nuclear energy and telecoms. Education in Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence and Financial Mathematics from the University of London and Yale. Has worked accross Europe and North America with Global Technology Companies, Financial Institutions, Airlines and Telecom Operators. Currently the founder of Assentian - a cyber security and blockchain lab working to support the new data economy. Prior to founding Assentian he was the CTO of a London Based FinTech for 9.5 yrs until a successful exit in June 2013. A member of standards committees on Information Security, Big Data and Business Continuity.
