After a successful international career in the technology services, I work independently on project-based assignments. I aim to use my expertise in high technology and the public sector to help organizations accelerate their top-line growth or optimize their bottom-line costs. My mission is to share my knowledge and experience with others.

It's important to approach technology and people collaboration differently, by considering the bigger picture and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The requirements capture phase is crucial, and understanding business processes and workflows can bring significant benefits. As an advocate for change, I believe in making necessary transformations to achieve business goals.

As an experienced IC contributor, I have managed large IT teams delivering high-quality services focusing on outsourcing and managed services. I have proposed business cases for change and worked with organizations such as BT-Global, Accenture, Dell, IBM Security, and Dell Technologies. I have experience in managing departments and programs, and I am familiar with PMP and PRINCE II. I have also completed my ITIL V.4 qualification and a postgraduate course in Agile Leadership. My focus areas are leadership, digital innovation, next-gen technology, and digital transformation.
