Khaled Rabie

Khaled received both the MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Communication Engineering from the University of Manchester. He is currently a Lecturer (assistant professor) in the department of Engineering at the Manchester Met University, UK, and has worked as part of several large-scale industrial projects including the Manchester’s Smart City Demonstrator project (£10M). Khaled is an active researcher working on 5G, IoT, Industry 4.0 etc, and has published numerous papers in prestigious journals and international conferences. He serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE Access, an Area Editor of Physical Communication and an Executive Editor of the Emerging Telecommunications Technologies Journal, and is regularly invited to serve on the Technical Program Committee of several major international conferences. Khaled is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
