​Richard joined La Fosse to manage the IT Networking, Cyber Security and Telecom (NST) team.

While Richard's team of talented individuals support the Networks and Security function, Richard individually specialises in recruiting for the telecommunications industry.

Richard joined the La Fosse management team with a decade of international telecom project experience. This includes 3G, 4G and 5G infrastructure deployment staffing in North America and Europe for major carriers and OEMs.

Richard takes a keen interest in all things telco and has a solid understanding of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. He can help provide staffing solutions for small start-ups to major organisations including T&M, SOW and project solutions.
