Philip Maguire has been designing and developing telecoms, database and geospatial software solutions since 1995. His patented telecoms software is in every US embassy and consulate worldwide, over 750 sites in total. His recent projects include geospatial solutions for mobile coverage surveying and urban planning, with an emphasis on building datasets from scratch and adding AI layers to produce planning and analysis tools for both the public and private sectors.

Philip is a co-founder and CEO of Phoneware Ltd. (t/a Inakalum) and has been running the company for 28 years.  The company’s telecommunications software has been deployed by many prestige clients over the years, including the US Department of State, US Senate, US Army Fort Knox, US Air Force, US Air National Guard, US Military Academy – Westpoint, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Thames Valley Police, Hertfordshire Police, NASA, Intel, Apple, Microsoft, CBS Television, Pfizer, Kohl’s, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, Four Seasons Hotel Group, University of Miami, State University of New York, University of Pittsburgh.
