The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) – an independent council of experts created to advise the UK Government on future technologies – was invited to conduct a review of key current and future technologies and how enabling regulation can support their responsible adoption in the space sector.

This report presents the findings of a one-month study exploring emerging technologies and space capabilities by RAND Europe and commissioned by the Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC).
