The community launch of our Digital Poverty National Delivery Plan 2023, sets out a roadmap for how we can end digital poverty by 2030, following a closed launch at the House of Lords on 22nd May.
This plan provides a basis to join the dots and unite the digital inclusion community around a common vision for change. It builds on the UK Digital Poverty Evidence Review 2022 and sets out the necessary actions to ensure that everyone can use the internet to unlock a full range of social benefits.
Attendees will hear from Digital Poverty Alliance and Learning Foundation CEO, Paul Finnis, alongside our Head of Policy and Communications, Tom Lowe, who will introduce the plan and outline the process it took to get here.
We will then hear from a panel of cross-sector representatives. Attendees (both in person and virtual) will have the opportunity to ask the panel and the Digital Poverty Alliance team questions around the Plan.
This will be followed by a cold lunch, and 1 hour of networking.
