This is the official closure document for the REACH project which was funded by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. The REACH project set out to enhance communications in areas with high footfall - so-called high density demand scenarios - with Blackpool as the key location. In addition, it looked at new networks in the ‘not-spots’ of Cumbria to aid emergency calls.
