Major UK fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) wholesale network operator CityFibre has kickstarted its anticipated M&A-fuelled expansion phase with the acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, of network infrastructure assets from Connexin, which has been building out its network in the city of Hull and surrounding East Riding area of Yorkshire.
