Juniper Networks and ServiceNow have integrated some tools for a joint network and service automation product which they say is the first of its kind.
Juniper Networks and ServiceNow have integrated the former’s AI-native networking platform Mist with the latter’s snappily named Telecom Service Management, Inventory and Sales & Order Management for Telecom – the end result of which promises end-to-end network and service automation “together with AI-native, cloud-native and 100 percent API-driven wired, wireless and SD-WAN solutions.” Try saying that in a hurry.
