VMO2 merges with Daisy to create £1.4 billion B2B provider
Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) will combine its B2B arm with Daisy Group in a deal that might not go down too well with some of the latter's customers.
Under the agreement, Daisy will be consolidated into VMO2 Business, with each party respectively controlling 30% and 70% of the combined entity.
