British Airways has signed a deal with Starlink which will see it provide “every customer in every cabin” free Wi-Fi.
The airline will start its Starlink rollout in 2026, and once it has it will be available on all BA mainline and Euroflyer flights.
It is apparently part of a £7 billion transformation plan for the airline, which also includes things like new lounges in Miami and Dubai, renovated lounges in Seattle, Washington, Singapore, Glasgow and Gatwick, 36 new aircraft, and some AI designed to give it data-driven operational decisions and a predictive aircraft maintenance programme.
