Join IEEE DySPAN 2025: Shaping the Future of Spectrum Innovation
 

From May 12–16, 2025, London becomes the focus of dynamic spectrum innovation at IEEE DySPAN 2025. To be held at the historic Strand Campus of King’s College London, workplace of electromagnetic pioneer James Clerk Maxwell, the conference will explore the latest trends in wireless technology, AI and policy as related to spectrum access issues.

The comprehensive program includes:

  • 43 academic paper presentations and 14 posters covering diverse topics from technology and spectrum policy,
  • Keynote talks from David Willis (Ofcom), William Lehr (MIT), Geoffrey Myers (LSE) and Mario Reis (Olympic Broadcasting Services)!
  • Focused panels related to technology, economics, and policy – including a "20 Years of DySPAN" panel celebrating 20 years of progress 
  • Engaging workshops and tutorials such as “Spectrum Access for Local Networks” , “The Role of Regulation”, “Defense Spectrum Sharing” and "Spectrum Sharing in Upper 6 GHz" to name just four
  • International participants from academia, government, regulators, defense
